I sincerely do hope we are watching those "Attorney-Client Privilege" issues pop up.

You do know Bob, Mueller, that is, might just have a few of these "Attorney-Client Privileges", himself, but it is not for me to say if that is good or bad.

We may have to ask Bob's law firm about his Ham Sandwiches.

Do they get rid of the Special Counsel, who will expose siting members of Judiciary in their fraudulent financial side of public corruption, exposing campaign finance fraud, false claims of personal inurement of office, and vote manipulation, like they did in Watergate when they got rid of the Special Prosecutor Fiske who was looking into Whitewater...,

..., or do they keep the Special Counsel in hopes that, as there is an ongoing investigation, that Mueller will be constrained upon breaking that "Attorney-Client Privilege" which will suppress the exposing sitting members of Judiciary in their campaign finance fraud, false claims of personal inurement of office, and vote manipulation, like they almost did in Watergate when they got rid of the Special Prosecutor Bob....."Bob Fiske, that is", who was looking into Whitewater....?

Oh, it really does not matter which way Judiciary sways because I have Cocktails & Popcorn.

Like I told you before...

Judiciary Is About To Get Juicy

Washington, D.C. - Today, in the wake of President Donald Trump’s comments in Helsinki, House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), Crime Subcommittee Ranking Member Shelia Jackson Lee (D-TX), and Constitution and Civil Justice Subcommittee Ranking Member Steve Cohen (D-TN), sent a letter to Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) demanding a special committee meeting to consider their bipartisan legislation to limit President Trump's ability to fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

In their letter, the Members wrote, “ In light of the events of this past week …it is imperative that Congress take action to protect the integrity of [the] Special Counsel’s investigation [as] the most direct threat to the Special Counsel comes from the President himself…Notwithstanding President Trump’s inconsistent efforts to ‘clarify’ [his controversial statements], we come away from the events of the past week with the understanding that it is more critical than ever that Congress protect Special Counsel Mueller’s inquiry.”

Reps. Nadler, Jackson Lee and Cohen also released the following joint statement

“By taking advantage of this rarely  used but important Rule, we are putting all the Members of the Judiciary Committee on notice that they will all have the opportunity to put country above party and help protect the Special Counsel investigation from political interference.  Members of the Majority have repeatedly told us they want Special Counsel Mueller to be able to complete his inquiry unimpeded. Now they have the opportunity to match their rhetoric by supporting this effort.  The failure of the Committee leadership to move on this measure has left us no other choice but to force all Members to take a stand on this important bipartisan measure.”

Ranking Member Nadler and Reps. Jackson Lee and Cohen are using House Rule XI, Clause 2(c)(2) to bring up H.R. 5476, “the Special Counsel Independence and Integrity Act,” a bipartisan companion bill to legislation that has already passed the Senate Judiciary Committee. By adopting this strategy, Representatives Nadler, Jackson Lee and Cohen are taking advantage of a provision in the House Rules that allow Committee Members to insist that the Chairman take up specified legislation.  Under the Rule, if Chairman Goodlatte does not call the requested special meeting, a majority of Members are able to force the Committee to markup the legislation. The rule dates from 1931 reforms designed to limit the ability of House and Committee leadership to ignore the will of the Members.
