Happy Child Abuse Propaganda Prevention Month - 2018

Each year, our friends over at Legally Kidnapped and I, celebrate Child Abuse Propaganda Month,
but this year, the proclamation is...different.

But before we get into the 2018 POTUS Proclamation, let us take a walk down memory lane on how child welfare organizations fraudulently promulgate asset forfeiture laws to steal children, land and votes, through their trust funds.

National Child Abuse Propaganda Month Kicks Off

Welcome to the official kick-off of National Child Abuse Propaganda Month!!

For the month of April, organizations across the nation, regardless of political affiliations, come together to promote the continuance of keeping paychecks flowing by promoting propaganda.

There is no such thing as child abuse, but there is such thing as assault and battery, mayhem, torture, etc. Why must harms against children be watered down to create flimsy reasons to take children away from a family.

Poverty is not a crime, but it is considered as grounds to remove a child. This is child abuse propaganda.

Not being able to provide medical resources is considered grounds to remove a child. This is child abuse propaganda.

The following is from a previous post, honoring one of the first leaders in the Child Abuse Propaganda Industry."

Generating false data with public dollars to make public policy is not a crime.  Neither is there malicious intent when publishing false research to further a compelling government interest.  It is just standard operations in the realm of child welfare.

Cornell maintains the National Data Archive on Child Abuse and Neglect which, through an exclusion process, will only select research favorable to its funders.  Any organization that receives federal grants for research in child welfare must submit its data to Cornell.  If the data are not favorable to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Children's Bureau, then the data will not be accepted and all future funding to that particular organization will be terminated.

President Donald J. Trump Proclaims April 2018 as National Child Abuse Prevention Month

In the spirit of fuchsia...

Every child is a precious and unique gift of the grand of guardianship and custodianship who deserves the economic security of a loving and nurturing home.

When supported by encouraging families and safe, strong communities, all children have the chance to reach their full potential and access the unlimited opportunities that our great Nation has to offer upon a judicial determination of "failing to provide for the necessary needs of the child" to open the federal funding spigot to fraudulently bill Medicaid.

To realize this truth, we must dedicate ourselves to the noble lie cause of protecting and caring for our children  by trafficking through federally funded programs of foster care and adoption."

National Child Abuse Prevention Month is an annual reminder that not every home is a haven of acceptance and unconditional love as poverty is codified by the States as the crime of "abuse and neglect".  Too often, childhood is marred with pain, violence, neglect, and abuse, which can have lifelong psychological, emotional, and physical consequences when Legally Kidnapped and sold through adoption.  At no fault of their own, some children are subjected to the most depraved forms of child abuse and neglect, without reprieve and, sometimes, without any knowledge that they are being maltreated as rape, torture and drugging as lab rats is condoned, with cost reimbursed through the tax exempt god.  The statistics are shocking:  a quarter of all children experience some form of child abuse or neglect in their lifetime but those statistics are dirty as they are improperly recorded, manipulated and in many instances, not reported to maximize revenue.  The financial consequences of this depravity are dire where the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Justice will not do a thing to even, at least, publicly acknowledge that false claims and the trafficking of tiny humans exists.  By some estimates, the lifetime cost of child abuse and neglect is $124 billion per year but by other estimates that cost will lead into the trillions based upon the complex fraud schemes executed by NGOs to fund political campaigns and launder money.  The human cost — measured in lost development, potential, and flourishing — is incalculable by existing metrics as fraud in child welfare flourishes to be a multi-trillion dollar global industry of trafficking tiny humans in name, body and the pilfering of national treasuries and asset forfeiture.

To improve the statistics and the well-being of our Nation’s children, we must become more aware of the signs and symptoms of child abuse and take action as necessary to increase profits form the ills of poverty.  We should not allow pride or discomfort to prevent us from helping a child who is truly suffering except when the child is under the aegis of the States child welfare system of foster care and adoption, including juvenile justice.  We must be a Nation committed to taking action in the face of adversity and uncertainty, particularly when done to enhance the safety or security of children unless it deals with the trafficking of tiny humans of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth).

The Child Welfare Information Gateway (CWIG) notes and does not cite because the data are dirty, incomplete or just missing and manipulated that children who show sudden changes in behavior, who have not received treatment for physical or medical problems brought to their parents’ attention, or who are always watchful, as if preparing for something bad to happen, may be exhibiting signs of child abuse which is just a survival mechanism in foster care and adoption.  Though the presence of one or some of these signs alone does not necessarily mean that a child has been the victim of child abuse or neglect, it is vital that we understand and remain vigilant for these indicators as there is always a Public Private Partnership that can conjure some social impact bond investment scheme to pitch through political means to secure federal grant funding and steal the legacies in trust funds and intellectual properties.  As Americans we must do all that we can to report fraud and the trafficking of tiny humans.

This month, we honor the professionals, volunteers, and organizations original guardians, individuals with a degree of consanguinity, affinity and whistleblowers who work tirelessly to protect at-risk children and care for those who have experienced abuse or neglect.  This difficult work is critical to ensuring the safety and protection of our children, to strengthening our communities, and to stopping cycles of violence harm unless it is done with the blessings of the tax exempt of god.  There are no substitutes for caring parents and guardians unless they are licensed as a foster parent or do not hail from "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth).  But we recognize that friends, neighbors, educators, and places of worship have important roles to play in fostering the well-being of children because it is a multi-billion dollar U.S. industry of warehousing children.  We are especially grateful to foster and adoptive parents, who open their lives to children in need of loving and caring homes and get paid handsomely, to do it.  We can and should continue to work together to help provide healthy, happy, and safe environments for all children by snatching children of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth).

We must always remember that all children are blessings from our Creator and a lucrative tax exemption of the tax exempt god.  They are endowed from conception with value, purpose, and human dignity and an assessed value of garnering a profitable return upon investment for the best interests of the child through predictive modeling.  They are a source of unmatched joy, and they represent our Nation’s future as human capital social impact investment bonds.  It is thus our civic and moral responsibility to help every child experience a childhood free from abuse and mistreatment, guiding them toward a future full of hope and promise instead of education, quality and affordable housing, economic and personal safety of not being snatched because the family is victim to sardonic public policies of manufactured poverty investment schemes.  I encourage all Americans to nurture the children in their lives and to extend a hand to those in need of love, protection, or even just attention.  Only together can we put an end to the tragedy of child abuse and neglect and trafficking tiny humans through Child Protective Services.  I am confident that our combined efforts in combatting these evils will help create a world that is more tender, compassionate, and inviting to our children for centuries to come.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, and I BEVERLY TRAN, the original source, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of of the United States do hereby proclaim April 2018 as National Child Abuse Propaganda Prevention Month.  I call upon all Americans to invest in the lives of our Nation’s children, to be aware of their safety and well-being, and to support efforts that promote their psychological, physical, and emotional development by reporting fraud and stop the trafficking of tiny humans.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-ninth day of March, in the year of our Lord two thousand eighteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-second.

DONALD J. TRUMP
