The same way the Clinton Foundation, et al has been ripping off the U.S. of land, like they did with the Detroit Land Bank Authority, they did it to Russia.

One of the proposed real estate ventures is a cancer center for children in Kraznogorsk, promised by Viatcheslav Moshe Kantor, a lobbyist, lobbying for the same people who "lobby" certain members of U.S. Congress the same thing.
