Michigan Audit Shows At-Risk School Programs Are A Mess

It found that it would be better putting it off for at least 3 to 4 years to see the effects of new "benchmark" legislation.

TRANSLATION:  Michigan at-risk programs for school kids are horrendous.

Why waste time and money publishing, again, this fact when the state is under federal monitoring of its at-risk programs.

No one likes to see someone dry snitch on themselves.

Besides, in 3 to 4 years, the state should be out from under the federal monitoring of its child welfare programs, but I doubt it.
