Medicaid Fraud Never Speaks On Children

State Medicaid Fraud Units need to finally step up to the plate and start aggressively going after Medicaid fraud in child welfare.

We passed the law [State Medicaid Fraud Control Units]. The law is going to be carried out and has now been put into effect. Congress and the judicial system mean to put an end once and for all to one of the worst scandals of our time: medicaid fraud and abuse.
