The power and authority bestowed up on a child protective service worker is beyond belief. Not mentioning the fact they there is no oath of office administered by the secretary of state and neither is there a filing of the oath to protect and uphold the U.S. Constitution in the great repository of the state, under the great state seal, CPS workers can perform medical diagnosis and make recommendations on pharmaceutical drugs.

To further demonstrate the omnipotent powers of CPS, here is an order on a case allowed to proceed where the workers dismissed medical doctors (yes, that is doctors with an "s") to accuse the parents of murdering their child.
