It seems the lingering issues of business patents have raised its little head in the Development Finance Authority looking a whole lot just like the Detroit Land Bank Community Development Authority, where there are patent schemes being run under UCC liens when it comes to real property in Detroit.

It has recently come to my attention that I have failed to publish the patent of the Detroit Development Fund.

I would love to see the financial leveraging records on this one.
