Jerry Milner's Child Maltreatment 2016 Report Is Out

Typically, I would post the entire pdf, but it seems our favorite profiteer and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Children's Bureau, Administration for Children and Families, Jerry Milner, has decided to lock a public document, just like Michigan started doing awhile back when they were being slapped with DAC rulings for filing false claims to Medicaid under it child welfare programs.

Obviously, this is the work of Jerry Milner because it is making policy recommendations based upon corrupt data where the likelihood of this not being the work of his buddies is about 0.00000000001% because it is predicitive modeling of the soothsaying databases.

Yes, keep in mind that the data are 2 years late, where most state, no, all The States are riddled with the onerous "public" duty to let the public know what the privateers are doing to tiny humans by manipulating data collection and reporting mandates in SACWIS.

That is why I say Jerry Milner advised Jerry Milner on Jerry Milner's Child Maltreatment 2016 report pdf to be locked.

I am just a little disappointed Jerry Milner did not throw on any registered trademarks on this public document.

If you notice, the annual numbers are static.  This would typically lead on to believe that there is a problem with the socioeconomic policies of the state to see so many children, year after year, in need of protection.

The States are not protecting children; they are protecting their assests.

There are 4 mentions of human trafficking in this report and it only states that there are policies and protocols in place.

Obviously the policies and protocols are not doing to well considering the is no mention of trafficking tiny humans in foster care and adoption.

If these private contractors do not keep the numbers stable of children in need, they will lose their funding and have to shutter their doors.

I know an Israeli think tank that has produced policy just to prevent these contracts from folding.

At least the report comes with a disclaimer:
This report presents national data about child abuse and neglect known to child protective services agencies in the United States during federal fiscal year 2016.
