The day after my magical day in court, it seems the DOJ and FBI decided to make an unexpected visit to the City of Detroit Procurement Division heads.
What the purpose of the visit is, I do not know, but I can have some fun speculating.
Procurement deals with contracts.
It might be related to the fact that the Detroit Land Bank Authority, who claims to be a QGO of Detroit, is listed as a creditor in the Detroit bankruptcy filings, but, hey, what do I know?
Next rumor.
Well, it seems Detroit Land Bank Authority might be up to its ole revenue maximization schemes, again.
The Detroit Land Bank Authority claims vacancies have decreased.
Motor City Mapping cites the converse.
I say if you allow the properties to be burnt down, stripped, and left to the elements, eventually, one must use those blight funds to refurbish through mortgages and loans, you know, the regular hustle stuff.
I only say this because Motor City Muckrucker filed FOIA on street plowing data, but the city did not maintain records, which is indication to some revenue maximization activities.
Another rumor coming out the Office of Michigan Attorney General, Charity Division, is that the Clinton Foundation, EIN 31-1580204, Donna Shalala, has requested and has been granted renewal/reporting filings until 12-31-2017.
After 3 years of operations, and not filing anything, I guess they need extra time to come up with something to skirt that pesky <$100M audit, because, as rumor has it, the Clinton Foundation, or rather Clinton Global Initiative (same thing) was the one who set up the Detroit Land Bank Authority and is probably operating its money laundering through the Detroit Land Bank Community Development Corporation, but hey, what do I know?

I also say that the Detroit Land Bank Authority, being the "owner" of the properties, is allowing people to register to vote at these abandoned houses (I coin the term 'vote packing') for the 2017 Mayoral Primaries, but, hey, what do I know?
