Michigan to address human trafficking in foster care

Yes, foster care in Michigan is riddled with individuals who allow children and youth to be raped for an

extra few dollars.

These individuals are case workers, direct care staff and administrators of residential institutions.

Turning a blind eye keeps the youth in the system longer, requiring higher doses of psychotropic medication to shut them up, leading to a higher billing rate of care for the youth.

The profit comes from Medicaid billing.

The best part is these individuals are immune from prosecution.
