Michigan Emergency Manager releases Emergency Financial and Operating Plan for City of Hamtramck.
The report recommends to cut 5 police and 5 fire and utilize volunteers and reserve. It also suggests dissolving the Downtown Development Authority and Community Economic Development.
Public Works Duties and Tax collection are to be contracted out. Sewer and Water rates look to be increased.
