This Weeks New Child Abuse Obsession

Child Poverty Creates Jobs: Even though it is more cost effective to invest in the best interests of the child by assisting in accessing the basic needs of resources,  it is economically better for the poverty industrial complex to perpetuate conditions of poverty to sustain the oldest model of rebuilding a nation.

A waste of money but at least it creates jobs.
