It was sometime around April when I received the latest HHS OIG review of the States Medicaid False Claims Act when I noticed a substantial error. The letter was addressed to the former State Attorney General Mike Cox.
So I called to ask why. They said, "Oops". Without any public comment of correction. I guess I was the only one to catch it.
If the OIG cannot even keep up with who is the State Attorney General, what makes you think they are capable of understanding the Medicaid fraud schemes in child welfare. Sad. Sloppy.
