In this same spirited animation of the body corporate, corporations now have free will of the First Amendment Right to practice their own beliefs...in the act of commerce...or some other highly sophisticated fraud scheme, under an oath of fealty to a foreign nation, which possesses the grant of indelible seal, which is the corporate parent, responsible for the works of its arms, particularly in the U.S.
If there is no separation of church which is over the administration of the seals, and the state which is over the people, established in due process of the vote, well, that means Public Private Partnerships are nothing but a product of an incestuous relationship, of a false creation because it was never recognized as being real, meaning it is fake because it never was "baptized" with a recorded registry of whom possesses the corporate parental rights, which means it has no attachment to a land of jurisdiction, meaning all their crap is nullified as fake and shall be exiled in the termination of anything under seal.
And that, my dearies, is what I call a Corporate False Claim, qualifying under the False Claims Act.
