Not very long ago, on the western side of Michigan, a young woman had a baby boy.  She loved that boy very much.  All to well known, the situation with her boyfriend, the father, deteriorated and they went along their merry ways.

The young mother, with court order in hand, took her son to the father's house for parenting time.  

On one occasion, the little boy snuck out the house in the middle of the night to be found wandering in the middle of the street.  Child Protective Services was called and a case was open.

Following the opening of the CPS case, there was yet another incident at the father's house where the little boy broke his leg.  The boy's leg was broken from playing rough.  Because of this, CPS referred the case to Bethany Christian Services.

Bethany Christian Services, with the greatest of religious fervor, proceeded to fast track termination of parental rights.  The child placing agency had generated the most horrific court reports saying the mother was a drug addict and allowed her boy to be constantly placed in danger.

The court terminated her parental rights.

Fortunately enough, the grandmother was able to take the little boy into foster care.

Of course, the mother was not allowed to see her little boy but she did, anyways.  One day, the grandmother asked the mother to come baby sit her son so she could go to the doctor and she did.

There was a surprise home inspection and the mother was caught, unsupervised with her little boy.

The little boy was removed from the grandmother's home and put into foster care.  The mother, who was pregnant at the time was told her child would be taken at birth, and Bethany Christian Services did just that.

Months go by.  Bethany Christian Services wants to terminate parental rights of the grandmother and for the mother and her new born daughter when all of a sudden, out of the blue, came people who cared for the sake of caring.  People who had experienced the same living hell of Bethany Christian Services.

These people read the case files, interviewed and communicated with officials to find out that the mother was never on drugs!  All her drug screens, that were entered into record were negative.  Not only that but there was a CPS report closing out the case and recommending the little boy stay with her mother.

So, Bethany Christian Services was forced to give back the new born baby girl because they were caught publishes fraudulent reports to the court.

What happens to the little boy?  

He is doomed to spend the rest of his childhood in foster care being moved from placement to placement as Michigan has no laws on the books that would reinstate parental rights.

It should be raining cats and dogs in Michigan. but nothing will ever happen to them because the child abuse propaganda industry is a multi-billion dollar industry in the state and situations such as this happens all the time.
