Pennsylvania Bagel Causes Major Ivestigations

STOP THE PRESSES!!!!!!

BAGEL CAUSES LAWSUIT AND MEDICAID FRAUD INVESTIGATION

This is Pennsylvania, the home of Tom Corbett, the Attorney General who allows child welfare agencies to do whatever they want, when they want, and lets them bill for whatever makes them feel good.

I am sure everyone remembers Danieal Kelly.

Then you have the Jail 4 Kids.

Of course, child welfare pundits have made it to the big stage with orating their administrative knowledge in state operations.

The following is an example of the creativity of child protective services will go to in order to keep their paychecks in a struggling economy.  I have  remained steadfast to my findings that there is a direct, one-to-one correlation to unemployment and the number of children entering child welfare due to the state policies codifying poverty as child abuse, but this story has inspired me to test an alternative hypothesis, that being:

As the rate of unemployment increases, so does the rate of Medicaid fraud in child welfare.    Stay tuned for my findings.

Did a bagel cost mom her baby?

Maybe she should have gone with cinamon raisin.
A woman in New Castle, Pa., says her newborn was taken away after she allegedly failed a drug test.
But she says she ate a poppy-seed bagel before she gave birth, and that's why her drug test was flagged. It showed opiates.
The ACLU is working on a civil lawsuit to file on the mom's behalf.
A Pennsylvania TV station says child welfare workers came to the woman's home three days after she gave birth and took the baby away. Mom and child have since been reunited.
A law in Pennsylvania allows hospitals to test moms' blood to protect newborns.
The ACLU says the hospital went too far.

Parental Rights said...

Good Evening American Parents!
Do you not see the writing on the wall? Our "statist" government will stop at nothing to control every aspect of our life, including our family. Please join me in fighting for parental freedom to raise our children according to our values and beliefs, not those of elitists and statists. Go to www.parentalrightstn.blogspot.com and learn more about the dangers we face as parents.
Sincerely,
Eric Potter MD
