CMS Does Not Report All Medicaid and Medicare Fraud

How is it the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare do not report all violations of its program to its exclusionary database? It is either incompetence, lack of resources, fraud, kickbacks, or basic stupidity. Ask Cindy Mann. I am going for all of the above.

What about reporting child welfare entities which engage in Medicaid fraud?
