Whenever I come across a work that is a piece of crap, I am going to call it out.
Here is a policy study by Lisa Snell which "absolutely glorifies" states like Kansas and Michigan and their work with privatizing foster care and adoption. Instead of embedding a bunch of links to the actual reports on these two states, just go to the right and type in "Kansas" and "Michigan" and read all the audits, lawsuits, reports, etc.
Privatization can only work if there is transparency and accountability.
