The following is an email I sent to Governor Bill Ritters. If his office responds, I shall share.
Now that there is legislation to create a children's ombudsman, will there be subsequent provisions to refer to the Office Attorney General Medicaid Fraud Control Unit when it is found, or even suspected, federal and/or state violations of material provisions of law?
Please let me know what is being done to end Medicaid fraud in child welfare.
It makes you wonder why it took so long to get a Children's Ombudsman.
