How can the federal government improve foster adoptive parent recruitment?
Now, I present to the world my response:
Stop Snatching Kids!
Poverty is not a crime but Medicaid fraud is.
But, on second thought, if removing children for reasons of poverty ends, then organizations such as CCAI will no longer be in existence and the child welfare entities will no longer be able to sustain themselves on the practice of Medicaid fraud. Oh well.
