April is Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month touted by Child Protective and Preventive Services offered to families by the South Carolina Department of Social Services.
According to Buford there is a big umbrella of issues surrounding neglect. It could include no food, shelter, and clothing, but also exposure to drugs, or violence, or not providing medical care....more crap
