Maine Disinvests in Human Infrastructure

A few months ago Maine was busted for Medicaid fraud.

A few years ago Maine was busted for Targeted Case Management fraud in foster care.

Maine Targeted Case Management Audit 2007

Maine is hit with the medicaid noncompliance crap they were pulling and got penalized so now, because of their crappy administration, the citizens of the state in need must suffer with reduced services  especially when there is a recovery funding increase of Medicaid for expansive services.

Health care reform is about job creation through a reinvestment in the human infrastructure.
A cut in services is job loss.  Maine is suppose to be creating jobs by providing expanded services like housing, transportation, education under Medicaid.  Michigan proposed policy is a perfect example of implementing a reinvestment in the human infrastructure.  The basic purpose is to rebuild our crumbling human infrastructure that has been abandoned for decades through child protective services.  By shutting down Child Protection funding streams and shifiting them to rebuild the human infrastructure under medicaid less kids end up in the system and more services are available for society through education, job creation, transportation, housing and the overall health of society to produce productive, future taxpaying citizens.

Ok Maine, try this one more time, and this time, try to get it right.
