DOJ: OIG Report On Former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe Lying

SYNOPSIS: Andy McCabe lied (the technical term is "Lack of Candor") to the DOJ Inspector General about leaking investigative information into Hillary Clinton's email server to the Wall Street Journal, to the Special Counsel, and to, more than likely, Hillary Clinton, because the DOJ OIG already has everything in their super duper, uber secret back up servers of the House that Andy and Hillary forgot about.

Andy also forgot about the Detroit text messages.

As detailed in this report, the OIG found that then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe lacked candor, including under oath, on multiple occasions in connection with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the WSJ, and that this conduct violated FBI Offense Codes 2.5 and 2.6. The OIG also concluded that McCabe’s disclosure of the existence of an ongoing investigation in the manner described in this report violated the FBI’s and the Department’s media policy and constituted misconduct. 

The OIG is issuing this report to the FBI for such action that it deems to be appropriate.

 This DOJ OIG Report has now been entered into the public record as evidence for indictments.

Now, the jurisdiction of indictments has yet to be named.
