Did anyone see the Wayne County foreclosure property list?
Oh, and personal income tax also increases? Really.
Legal is to drastically decrease? Must have a crystal ball.
I must say, quite optimistic. I believe the State Emergency Manager Transitional Board approved it because they already know the City is skipping, merrily, down the yellow brick road to bankruptcy.
