Just Another Reason Why Michigan Child Welfare Should Remain Under Federal Watch

The Michigan Child Welfare Policy Facepalm

The Michigan House of Representatives have unanimously, minus one, voted to pass legislation to assure children receiving foster care services get quality.

So, I take it this means child welfare services have, up until the point the Department of Health and Human Services implements the new quality assurance policies, after the Bill is signed into law, foster care services will still suck?

Does anyone even collaborate on timing or image packaging?
