Challenge To Politicians

Stephen Colbert presented a challenge for politicians and candidates to sign up for the challenge to work in the fields for one day to see if they could handle the work of migrant workers who are not recognized as citizens.

I found it interesting how it has been dismissed as a farce, but was inspired to set forth my own challenge.

I challenge politicians and candidates to go through a day in the foster care system. For one day, politicians must shadow one family going through the child welfare system, preferably a day filled with parenting classes, individual therapy, family visitation, and a termination of parental rights court date.
