In the world of child welfare, there are very few who are recognized as a forensic expert in the identification of fraud, waste and abuse in administrations, programs and cases in Child Protective Services (CPS), Foster Care, Adoption, Education, Mental Health, CHIP, Targeted Case Management and other Medicaid Programs.

Bambi Enniga Hazen, a mom of five amazing honor roll students, is an original source in child welfare and has dedicated the last 10 years of her life ensuring the voices of those who have been stripped of their civil rights in child welfare due to false claims, are heard, in the annals of history, by collecting and preserving evidence into the public record, holding public officials, administrators and state contracted, private entities accountable when it comes to the well-being of children and their original caregivers.

Bambi's work in bringing reform to the arcane system of child welfare is not limited to the State of Kansas as she has collaborated her national and international work in civil rights and the fight to end human trafficking of children with the Dean of the U.S. House of Representatives, John Conyers, Jr. and the U.S. House Judiciary Committee.

Beyond applying her technical skills in researching and analyzing violations of law and policy, specifically fraudulent billing in state and federal Medicaid funded children's programs, Bambi uses her position as an elected official of the Kansas GOP to reach out as a child welfare advocate for her community, while crossing the political aisle and the nation to partner with other, original sources, such as Beverly Tran, leaders in emerging, international industry of child welfare reform.
